The service was awesome and very friendly, rooms were very clean and a very quiet place to stay. Only four stars for the room because the need for USB-C plugs in the lamps are required more these days than USB-A plugs in the bedside lamps. Great place to stay.
Reception desk was staffed by very friendly people. No "Do Not Disturb" signs, but the housekeeping staff took note of whether our vehicle was present and did not enter our room while we were there. Everything was very clean. Location is great, beds are comfortable, and the rooms are well sound-proofed. The location is on a major route, and we weren't disturbed by traffic sounds at all.
Great place to stay! Booked last minute to attend a friends birthday party. Staff was friendly room was clean lots of space, very secure locking system. Lots of towels and soaps provided. Definitely will book again!
Perfect stay. Very comfortable bed. Perfect atmosphere . Great price. Clean room. Nice location. Other guests were very friendly. Will return! My only suggestion is keep up on the air conditioner filter maintenance! And there's was a bit of a mess on the shower base that was kinda gross.
this is a family owned business and we were so impressed at how accommodating they were to get us in as early as possible for a wedding we were going to the room was very clean. The reception was so helpful. We were very impressed.

What really stood out was the wonderful lady at the front desk—she was so kind, welcoming, and had a fantastic sense of humour. She instantly made me feel at home and brought such a positive energy to my visit. It’s rare to find that kind of personal touch these days, and it made my stay even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend the Aurora Inn if you’re passing through Kingston—it’s a gem of a place in a quiet little town.
We had a fantastic experience staying at the Aurora Inn with our hockey team. The newly renovated rooms were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their patience with our group of ten energetic six‑year‑olds using the common space deserves an award. We truly appreciated the hospitality and had a very positive stay. We’ll definitely be back!
Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, A/C unit was easy to adjust. TV took a bit of work to get working but I think that was because the remote battery was low. Would stay here again.
